Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive sales for our real estate projects. The role involves strategizing sales plans, managing large sales teams, driving revenue growth, handling channel partners, and ensuring timely achievement of sales targets across projects.

Key Responsibilities:


Head overall sales strategy and execution for residential / plotted / commercial projects

Define sales targets, pricing strategies, and incentive plans

Lead, hire, train, and mentor sales managers, field teams, and CRM teams

Drive walk-ins, site visits, bookings, and closures

Manage and expand channel partner network

Work closely with marketing team on campaigns, lead quality, and conversions

Monitor sales funnel, CRM dashboards, and MIS reports

Forecast sales, manage inventory movement, and revenue planning

Ensure compliance with RERA, documentation, and legal processes

Handle key customer negotiations and high-value closures

Present sales performance reports to top management

Key Skills & Qualifications:


Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management

Minimum 8+ years of experience in real estate sales with leadership exposure

Proven track record of achieving large sales targets

Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Deep knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior
