Position: Sales Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Freshers for our B2B business. The role involves customer calling, email communication, and field visits to generate and convert business leads. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with clients in multiple languages and open to learning modern sales tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound customer calls to B2B prospects and explain products/services.
• Handle professional email communication with customers and internal teams.
• Conduct field visits for client meetings, follow-ups, and business development.
• Generate leads, maintain follow-up records, and support sales closures.
• Update customer data and prepare basic sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Strong email writing and communication skills (mandatory).
• Willingness to work in field sales and travel as required.
• Confidence in customer interaction and calling.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
• AI tools knowledge is an added advantage (e.g., ChatGPT, CRM automation, email tools).
• Positive attitude, learning mindset, and target-oriented approach.
