Job Overview: The Team Lead / Sales Manager will be responsible for handling the TSR's based out of Office. These TSRs through direct interaction with customers will pitch and sell Loan Products of different financiers. Team Leaders will be responsible for driving productivity of each TSR as per agreed numbers. Team Lead to be highly motivated people with confidence, integrity, knowledge and problem solving. Responsibilities 1) To Manage a team of TSR'S 2) Responsible for having approved manning in place 3) To provide training to TSR'S 4) Responsible for implementing business process and controls as laid down by company. Qualifications And Personal Attributes Customer Centric Candidates with minimum 4 years’ experience of Sales Candidate should have at least 2 year of team handling experience.
