Role Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales through direct customer interactions. The role involves regular customer visits, understanding requirements, taking site measurements, presenting catalogues/products, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales deals.

 

 Key Responsibilities:·        

Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers as per assigned territory.

·        Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/solution recommendations.

·        Take accurate on-site measurements and coordinate with internal teams where required.

·        Present and explain product catalogues, designs, and pricing to customers.

·        Prepare quotations based on measurements and customer requirements.

·        Negotiate prices, timelines, and terms with customers to close deals.

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·        Coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams for smooth execution post- sale.

·        Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

  

Key Skills & Competencies:

·        Strong field sales and negotiation skills.

·        Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Basic understanding of measurements and site assessment.

·        Ability to explain catalogues, designs, and products clearly.

·        Customer-centric approach with a focus on closing deals.

·        Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

 


Experience & Qualification:


·        1–5 years of experience in field sales (interiors, real estate, construction, or related industry preferred).


·        Graduate / Diploma in any discipline/ Plus 2

 

Other Requirements:

·        Two-wheeler/vehicle with valid driving license.

·        Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is an added advantage.
