Position: SALES MANAGER

Location: Banashankari II Stage

Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage channel partner sales in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with channel partners, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities


 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and revenue goals

 Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners to drive consistent business

 Proactively engage with channel partners through meetings, networking, and regular follow-ups

 Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation 

 Handle end-to-end sales cycle including client meetings, negotiations, and closures

 Coordinate with channel partners for site visits, client presentations, and deal conversions

 Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and agreements as per client requirements

 Maintain and update CRM with accurate client data, sales pipeline, and follow-up details

 Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, forecasts, and sales updates

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to align sales activities and campaigns

 

Qualifications & Skills


  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 4–5 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Target-driven and result-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
