Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Drive store sales to achieve and exceed monthly and yearly targets
- Manage end-to-end store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to improve performance and productivity
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordination with warehouse
- Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and performance metrics
- Implement promotional activities and in-store campaigns
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards
- Maintain store hygiene, presentation, and overall ambience
