Job Description

As the Sales Manager of our luxury furniture retail store, you will lead the front-end team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive revenue, and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality and exclusivity. Your primary goal is to guide customers through a personalised furniture buying journey while managing day-to-day store operations and leading the sales team to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience & Sales

      Drive high-value sales through design consultation and storytelling

      Build strong relationships with walk-in clients, interior designers, architects, and HNIs

      Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups

      Offer design-led solutions that suit the customer’s space, style, and requirements

      Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Team Management

      Mentor and manage a team of sales associates and design consultants

      Conduct daily huddles, assign roles, track performance metrics, and offer on-the-job training

      Drive a customer-first mind-set across the team.

  • Store Operations

      Ensure a luxurious showroom ambiance is maintained at all times

      Manage inventory visibility and coordinate with back-end production/logistics

      Track and report footfalls, conversions, and other key performance metrics

  • CRM & Reporting

      Maintain and update customer database through CRM tools (Once Available)

      Share regular MIS reports with leadership and flag key insights and challenges


Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and appreciation for luxury design
  • Target-driven with ability to close high-ticket sales
  • Prior experience working with luxury/premium retail brands is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools
