Job Title: MBA Intern – Real Estate Sales & Marketing

Location: Pune (On-site)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month + Performance-based incentive (₹3,000 per confirmed booking)

Internship Overview:

We are looking for MBA interns who are passionate about real estate, sales, and client engagement. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real estate marketing, data calling, and client interaction, with attractive performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct data calling to potential leads and clients from the company database.

Generate and qualify leads for property sales and site visits.

Coordinate and arrange client site visits with the sales team.

Assist in property promotions and marketing activities (online & offline).

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients and update CRM records.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve sales strategies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

MBA students (Marketing / Sales)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.

Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and social media marketing is an advantage.

Enthusiasm to learn about the real estate sector and client engagement.

Monthly stipend: ₹5,000.
