Job Summary:Velvetleaf Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales activities and grow business across Bengaluru. Candidates with experience or exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, or retail sales will be preferred. This role involves managing sales operations, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth through B2B and B2C channels
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Eligibility Criteria:Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply (FMCG background preferred)

• Skills & Requirements:Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, and SMB sales
• Experience or interest in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Retail industry
• Good communication and negotiation skills
