Sales Manager

Who Can Apply:

• Minimum education level: Postgraduation.
• Freshers from 2024, 2025 batch.
• 2026 batch students with NOC can work.
• No prior experience needed.
• If the candidate has any prior experience, they should not have a PF account.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and implement effective sales plans for partners to achieve sales targets. Lead, motivate, and train partners to maximize performance.
2. Set and monitor clear objectives to ensure partners consistently achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
3. Assist partners in generating leads, tracking prospects, and closing sales successfully.
4. Support partners in upselling and cross-selling to customers based on their needs.
5. Facilitate ongoing training for partners to ensure a highly productive sales channel at all times.
6. Collect regular feedback from partners and customers regarding satisfaction with the selling process and products.
7. Review partners’ sales plans regularly and provide support to drive their growth.
8. You will be a full-time employee on the Kotak Life Insurance payroll.
