About the Role:

Infiniti Concepts is looking for an experienced, result-driven Sales Manager to handle B2B and B2C sales for premium interior and exterior products including wood flooring, outdoor decking, window blinds, curtain tracks, and allied solutions.

The role demands strong relationship-building skills, product understanding, and the ability to close both project-based and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage sales for B2B clients such as architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and developers

Handle B2C customers, including homeowners and end-users, from enquiry to closure

Conduct product presentations, site visits, and showroom demonstrations

Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures

Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and after-sales support

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Represent the brand professionally in the market

Key Skills Required:

Strong B2B and B2C sales experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven negotiation and closing ability

Sound product presentation skills

Customer requirement analysis and solution selling

Lead generation and networking capability

Target-driven and self-motivated approach

Good follow-up discipline and time management

Professional attitude with ownership mindset

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales (building materials, interiors, flooring, furniture, or related industry preferred)

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline

Knowledge of interior products is an added advantage

Proficiency in English and local language preferred
