Market Analysis

• Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decisions.

Negotiation & Closing

• Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Ensure smooth closure of transactions and compliance with legal requirements.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business objectives.
