Sales Manager

Qualification: Any Graduation with Industrial Sales Experience

Experience: 15 to 18 years

Age Preferred: 37 to 42 years

Location: Bengaluru

Salary Range: ₹9 to ₹11 LPA (existing CTC should be accordingly lower)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets

• Develop strong relationships with key clients and distributors

• Handle account acquisition and account management independently

• Drive sales growth in industrial tools/manufacturing/automotive sectors

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports using CRM & MS Excel

• Plan sales strategies and ensure execution in assigned regions

• Travel within the city for client meetings and business development

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong leadership and team-handling experience

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Proven track record of sales success and achievements/awards

• Experience in industrial tools, pneumatic tools, manufacturing or automotive sector preferred

• Good knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office & reporting tools

• Must own a vehicle for local travel
