With over 10,000 SKUs and a rapidly expanding product range—including back covers, screen protectors, chargers, and more—Sprig is now scaling its offline retail footprint across India and beyond.


Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our offline channel expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in general trade, modern retail, and regional distribution networks. This role demands both strategic planning and on-ground execution to scale Sprig’s presence across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Drive offline sales growth by identifying and onboarding new distributors, retailers, and modern trade outlets.
  • Build and manage regional sales teams and field representatives.
  • Develop region-wise sales strategies and targets aligned with business goals.
  • Negotiate margins, schemes, and placement terms with channel partners.
  • Ensure consistent availability and visibility of Sprig products across key counters.
  • Track secondary sales, monitor inventory health, and ensure timely replenishments.
  • Conduct regular market visits to audit brand presence, POSM deployment, and competitor activity.
  • Train and motivate channel partners and field staff on product USPs and selling techniques.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record in offline channel sales (mobile accessories, FMCG, or electronics preferred)
  • Strong understanding of distributor management and regional retail dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
