Profile Summary

Experienced sales professional with 2 years in B2C field sales within BFSI and fintech sectors. Skilled in achieving sales targets, pitching products, handling objections, and building long-term customer relationships. Fluent in the local language and basic English, with strong communication and basic calculations. Focused on driving growth and customer loyalty.

Job Title: Sales Manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Graduation)

Experience:  2 Years of Field Sales Experience in Gold loan

Must Have:

  • Driving Licence & Two Wheeler
  • Local Candidates with fluency in local language


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
  • Meet and Pitch Rupeek’s offerings to potential customers
  • Build trust by handling customer objections
  • Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
  • Build long term relationship with customers to ensure business and referrals
  • Coordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
  • Share local insights from the field to the central team

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills
  • Hunger- Check past Incentive earnings
  • Presentation- Persona should invoke trust
  • Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English
  • Basic mathematics calculation


Candidate Persona:


  • Graduate with 2 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume products
  • Preferably between 25-30 years of age
  • Driving Licence and 2 Wheeler is must
