Experienced sales professional with 2 years in B2C field sales within BFSI and fintech sectors. Skilled in achieving sales targets, pitching products, handling objections, and building long-term customer relationships. Fluent in the local language and basic English, with strong communication and basic calculations. Focused on driving growth and customer loyalty.
Job Title: Sales Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Graduation)
Experience: 2 Years of Field Sales Experience in Gold loan
Must Have:
- Driving Licence & Two Wheeler
- Local Candidates with fluency in local language
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
- Meet and Pitch Rupeek’s offerings to potential customers
- Build trust by handling customer objections
- Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
- Build long term relationship with customers to ensure business and referrals
- Coordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
- Share local insights from the field to the central team
Skills Required:
- Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills
- Hunger- Check past Incentive earnings
- Presentation- Persona should invoke trust
- Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English
- Basic mathematics calculation
Candidate Persona:
- Graduate with 2 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume products
- Preferably between 25-30 years of age
- Driving Licence and 2 Wheeler is must
