Job Description – Sales Executive (General Trade)

Location: Bangalore/Karnataka

Experience: 10 years+

Role Summary

Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealer relationships, ensuring store-level execution, and expanding market presence across Karnataka. Requires strong ownership, people skills, and proven field-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets across assigned districts.

* Drive sell-in & sell-out with focus on priority SKUs and high-performing outlets.

* Ensure proper stock levels, timely indenting, and healthy stock rotation.

* Maintain correct display, pricing, branding, and VM standards.

* Build strong relationships with dealers, store managers, and sales staff.

* Conduct product training and resolve on-ground issues quickly.

* Track competitor prices, schemes, and share weekly market insights.

* Identify potential new outlets and support dealer onboarding.

* Provide structured daily/weekly reports and coordinate with HO for stock & branding.

Requirements

* 8–12 years of General Trade / field-sales experience (watches/electronics/lifestyle preferred).

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* High discipline, ownership, and ability to work independently.

* Good understanding of retail operations, customer behaviour & VM.

* PUC/Graduate; two-wheeler + valid DL required.
