Job Title: Sales Manager –Real estate background prefered

 

Overview: We are looking for a passionate and determined Sales Manager who have atleast 2 to 5 years of experience.

 

Note: Looking for an Immediate Joiner

 

Roles &Responsibilities:

·   You will be designated as a Sales Executive.

·        You will report directly to the Business Head.

·        Your team will consist of a maximum of 4 members, including yourself.

·        You are responsible for creating and implementing effective business plans.

·        Oversee daily sales operations and set clear performance objectives.

·        Conduct daily SCRUM meetings with your team.

·        Set and identify weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.

·        Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.

·        Deliver sales presentations on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

·        Provide training and motivation to the sales team.

·        Ensure that your goals are fully aligned with the team’s targets.

·        Develop strategies to maintain strong client relationships.

·        Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.

·        Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams for campaign success.

·        Manage recruitment and hiring as per team requirements.

·        Focus on driving the company’s growth through team performance.

·        Monitor and ensure timely submission of your team’s task reports.

·        Share your daily work plan with the management team.

·        Take full responsibility for your team’s targets and report submissions.
