Job Description

  • 📈 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients in target industries (technology, startups, manufacturing, life sciences, etc.).
  • Business Development Strategy: Drive both inbound and outbound sales initiatives, including networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong trusting relationships with decision-makers (Founders, Heads of R&D, Legal, Innovation Management).
  • Solution Selling: Present Trumarx’s intellectual property services (patents, trademarks, design & copyright, global filing support) tailored to client needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM updates, track opportunities, forecast revenue, and drive deals from initiation to closure.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Handle proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and deal negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Revenue Ownership: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal experts and delivery teams to align service commitments and execution timelines.


🎯 Skills & Experience Required

✔ Proven Sales Experience: 5–10+ years in B2B sales, preferably in professional services, legal services, consulting, technology, or high-value service sales.

✔ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Intellectual Property, legal services, tech consulting, or related professional services (IP or patent sales experience is a strong advantage).

✔ Client Relationship Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal capability in engaging senior stakeholders.

✔ Consultative Selling: Ability to understand client challenges and recommend appropriate IPR value solutions.

✔ Business Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal closure skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

✔ CRM Proficiency: Comfort using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) for pipeline management.

✔ Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Good at market research, solution positioning, competitive differentiation, and sales planning.
