Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales & Operations Manager to manage day-to-day studio operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, operational discipline, and hands-on experience driving and handling premium vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate leads and convert walk-in, online, and referral inquiries into sales

Pitch detailing services such as Ceramic Coating, PPF, Detailing, and Sun Films

Upsell and cross-sell packages based on customer needs

Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships, and corporate clients

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Operations Management

Oversee daily studio operations and workflow

Schedule jobs, manage vehicle inflow/outflow, and ensure timely delivery

Coordinate with detailing technicians and ensure quality standards are met

Maintain inventory of consumables, tools, and detailing products

Ensure studio cleanliness, safety, and professional presentation

Customer Experience

Handle customer consultations, inspections, and service explanations

Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage feedback or complaints

Conduct vehicle handover and post-service follow-ups

Driving & Vehicle Handling

Safely drive customer vehicles when required (pick-up/drop, inspection, testing)

Handle premium and luxury cars with care and responsibility

Ensure zero damage and strict adherence to safety protocols

Reporting & Administration

Maintain daily sales and operations reports

Track conversions, revenue, and service performance

Assist in pricing strategies and promotional campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and operations, preferably in car detailing or automobile industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good understanding of car care services (Ceramic, PPF, Detailing, Films)

Valid driving license with confident driving experience

Ability to manage staff, customers, and multiple tasks simultaneously

Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business, or Excel is a plus
