Job Description

A Bancassurance Channel job in insurance focuses on selling insurance products through bank branches, involving building relationships with bank staff, training them on products, driving sales to meet targets, ensuring compliance, and managing post-sale service, essentially acting as a bridge between the insurer and bank for financial protection solutions like life, health, or assets. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong ties with bank branch managers and staff.
  • Sales & Training: Train bank personnel to generate leads, conduct joint sales calls, present products, and close deals.
  • Target Achievement: Drive sales of various insurance products (life, health, assets) to meet monthly/annual targets.
  • Compliance & Operations: Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and company policies, manage documentation, and handle policy issuance.
  • Strategy & Reporting: Analyze market trends, provide feedback, and report sales performance to management.
