Job Description
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager who can generate and close AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) deals for CCTV and security systems.
The candidate should have strong experience in corporate sales, client meetings, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads (corporates, apartments, warehouses, etc.)
- Sell CCTV AMC & security solutions
- Meet clients and close deals
- Build long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical team for execution
Required Skills
- Minimum 1–3 years in B2B sales (preferred in CCTV / AMC / services)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to close high-value deals
- Own bike preferred for field visits
- Basic knowledge of security systems is a plus
