Sales Manager – Role & Responsibilities

The Sales Manager at Fliyoo Agarbatti is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding

distribution networks, managing sales teams, and ensuring strong retail presence across assigned

1. Sales Target Achievement

Set monthly sales targets, monitor performance, ensure distributors maintain stock, and improve

underperforming territories.

2. Distributor Development

Appoint new distributors, maintain relationships, monitor payments and inventory levels, and

resolve distributor issues.

3. Retail Market Expansion

Increase the number of retail outlets, ensure Fliyoo products are visible in stores, and monitor retail

display placement.

4. Sales Team Management

Supervise Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Merchandisers. Conduct training,

meetings, and monitor field activity.

5. Market Intelligence

Track competitor brands, pricing strategies, customer demand, and report market insights to

management.

6. Retail Visibility & Promotions

Implement retail display programs, plan seasonal promotions, and manage schemes such as Buy

7. Sales Reporting & AnalyticsMaintain daily and monthly sales reports including shop visits, orders collected, and distributor

performance.

8. Territory Planning

Divide the region into zones and assign sales executives to ensure full market coverage.

9. Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, temple shops, and wholesale markets.
