Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and supporting revenue generation initiatives, with a preference for candidates who have experience in home care or clinical healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal operations and clinical teams
• Track sales performance and report on key metrics

Eligibility & Experience

• Minimum 3 year of sales experience
• Candidates with home care or clinical healthcare experience Only

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities
