Sales Manager - Home Loan

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business and cross-sell bank products (Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans)

• Manage and nurture relationships with a customer portfolio

• Handle field sales operations and ensure audit & compliance adherence

• Drive sourcing through direct sales, referrals, and market outreach

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales (preferred)

• Prior experience in Home Loans will be an added advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Open to field travel; two-wheeler is mandatory (driving knowledge required)

• Target-driven with a customer-centric approach
