We work 6 days a week, timing 9 AM to 6 PM & Sunday Holiday.

Basic requirement: Fluent English Speaking, Good Typing speed & preferably Kannada Speaking, knowledge of MS Excel with V Lookup, PIVO Table, Spread sheet, Table sum Formulas & Microsoft Outlook Emails, Smart Looking / Well presentable good wearing official clothing .

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new leads through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline.
  • Sales Execution: Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to new and existing customers, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Expertise: In-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications to provide tailored solutions and conduct demonstrations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Tracking sales performance metrics, managing customer data in CRM systems, and preparing weekly/monthly sales forecasts.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Working with marketing and support teams to align strategies, improve customer service, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Proven ability to persuade customers and close deals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Persistence & Goal-Oriented: A driven mindset aimed at hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is often preferred
