Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and people-friendly Customer Support Executive to support our tenant acquisition process. The role involves interacting with prospective tenants, explaining property details, and guiding them through the onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle inquiries from prospective tenants via calls, messages, and walk-ins.
● Share accurate property details and help schedule property visits.
● Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into tenants.
● Maintain lead records and status updates in CRM tools.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding. Qualifications
● Graduate in any discipline.
● 1–2 years of experience in customer support/sales/operations (real estate exposure is a plus).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
● Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Compensation & Benefits
● Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 CTC per month (based on experience).
