Job Description

Job Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)The Business Development Executive at Vivitron will be responsible for expanding market presence, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving overall business growth in the energy storage and EV battery segment.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead GenerationIdentify and generate new business opportunities for Vivitron lithium batteries, ESS modules, and EV power solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, OEMs, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups to close sales.
  • 2. Market ExpansionDevelop strategies to increase the reach of Vivitron products in new territories.
  • Research competitors, pricing trends, and market developments in EV and energy storage sectors.
  • 3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild trust and long-term relationships with channel partners and end customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Vivitron products.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • 4. Reporting & CoordinationMaintain sales records, visit reports, and daily activity logs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance) to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • 5. Product KnowledgeUnderstand technical features of Vivitron lithium batteries, BMS, UPS systems, and EV battery packs.
  • Explain value propositions clearly to customers.
  • Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (battery/solar/EV sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel for client visits.
  • Basic technical understanding of lithium batteries and power backup systems is an added advantage.
