Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, visits, and online platforms.

Promote company products/services and explain their benefits.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain customer databases and follow up for repeat business.

Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.

Prepare sales reports and share market insights with the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (1–3 years preferred).

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
