Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with or without experience in building materials / construction / home improvement to drive sales of uPVC windows and doors. The role involves lead generation, site visits, customer consultations, closing sales, and coordination with production teams.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Generate new leads through site visits, architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and references
  • Handle walk-in customers at the experience studio and convert enquiries into orders
  • Conduct site inspections and take basic measurements (training will be provided)
  • Explain uPVC window & door solutions, profiles, glass options, hardware, and benefits
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain follow-ups until order closure and payment collection
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Update customer details and sales progress in CRM / Excel
