Job Title: Vendor Onboarding & Management Officer

Location: Karnataka (Field + Coordination Role)

Reporting To: Operations / Asset Liquidation Head

Role Overview

The Operations Executive – Vendor Onboarding & Management will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a reliable vendor network across Karnataka for recyclable materials. The role requires close coordination with Asset Liquidation and Marketplace teams to ensure seamless sourcing, pickup, payments, logistics, and profitability while maintaining high compliance and service standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Generate leads - List of Waste/Scrap Dealers in and around the location confirmed

2. Explain about our app and it's features that can help them scale their business

3. Onboard Vendors on the app by following the KYC document collection protocol

4. Help Vendors to use the features of our app

5. Coordinate with sales and field operations team to help the vendors on the app to buy and sell materials

6. Send daily reports to the Head of the Department
