Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to plan, coordinate, and manage sales activities at popup shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. The role involves on-ground sales management, customer engagement, team coordination, and post-event follow-ups to drive revenue and build long-term customer relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesPopup Shows & Event Management

  • Plan and coordinate sales operations for popup shows, exhibitions, and events
  • Manage stall setup, product display, pricing, and inventory during events
  • Ensure smooth coordination with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams

Sales & Customer Handling

  • Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and drive conversions
  • Handle billing, offers, and negotiations professionally
  • Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints

Team Coordination

  • Supervise and coordinate sales staff during events
  • Assign roles, manage shifts, and ensure sales targets are met
  • Train temporary/event staff on product knowledge and selling techniques

Marketing & Promotions

  • Support event promotions (online & offline) before and during events
  • Collect customer data (WhatsApp, Instagram, walk-ins) for future marketing
  • Assist in executing offers, launches, and special campaigns at events

Reporting & Follow-ups

  • Track daily sales, stock movement, and customer feedback
  • Prepare post-event sales reports and insights
  • Coordinate post-event follow-ups to convert leads into repeat customers
  • Requirements & Skills1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, events, or exhibitions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced event environments
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working on weekends, holidays, and travel for events
  • Basic knowledge of billing systems, CRM, or Excel is a plus
