Termitera is a professional pest control company specializing in providing high-quality and eco-friendly pest management solutions for commercial and industrial clients. Our services cater to offices, hotels, restaurants, warehouses, factories, and other business establishments.

Job Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

* Meet business owners, facility managers, and purchase heads to present pest control solutions.

* Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for customized service proposals.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

* Prepare daily visit reports and update client data in CRM or Excel.

* Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

 Requirements:

Education:graduates preferred.

* Experienced or Freshers with good communication and confidence are welcome; experience in B2B field sales is an advantage.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Willingness to travel locally and meet clients daily.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and presentable.

* 2 wheeler and a DL is compulsory

* Languages:- English, Kannada & Hindi
