📋 Job Description

CHEMPHAR BIOTECH is hiring a confident and result-oriented Pharma Inside Sales Executive to grow our distributor network across Karnataka and other states.

The candidate will be responsible for calling Pharma distributors, stockists, and dealers to generate orders and increase sales.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Call Pharma distributors & stockists daily
• Generate new distributor leads
• Explain product margins, schemes & offers
• Follow up for orders and payments
• Maintain daily sales records & reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets

🔹 Mandatory Requirements:Languages Required: 

• Hindi, English & Kannada (Fluent)
• Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web)
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Knowledge of pharma distribution system preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in Pharma Sales / PCD Sales (Preferred)
