Post : Sales & Marketing Executive

• Work from assigned bank branches to sell life insurance & loans products.
• Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads.
• Meet walk-in customers and pitch suitable insurance plans.
• Achieve sales targets through direct customer interaction and referrals.
• Conduct joint calls with bank employees for high-value prospects.
• Ensure smooth policy issuance and documentation.
• Provide after-sales service and support for renewals and claims.
• Regularly report sales updates and attend training sessions.

Candidate Profile :

• Graduate with 1–8 years of experience in Life Insurance / Banking / Financial Services (Banca preferred).
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with ability to work with bank staff.
• Good communication, customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and professional in approach.
• Knowledge of life insurance/investment products and local market.
• Fresher Can Apply.
• Hindi language is mandatory.
