Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Operations Executive to manage and execute Flea market stalls across Premium Residential societies, Tech parks, and Corporate offices in Bangalore.

You will be responsible for smooth setup, sales, customer engagement, and coordination with society/office management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Flea Market Setup & Execution

• Set up stalls, product displays, and branding materials at different locations.
• Ensure all inventory is arranged, priced, and ready before the event starts.
• Coordinate with venue management for permissions, timings, and logistics.

2. Sales & Customer Interaction

• Actively sell products and explain offerings to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product-related questions.
• Encourage sampling, demos, and impulse purchase conversions.

3. Inventory & Cash Handling

• Track daily inventory movement and reconcile stock post-event.
• Manage cash, UPI payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Report daily sales and footfall numbers.

4. On-ground Marketing

• Distribute flyers, place standees, and engage with walk-in crowds.
• Capture photos/videos for social media updates.
• Build positive brand presence at each location.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain a schedule of upcoming flea market events.
• Share feedback from customers and venue teams.
• Handle operational challenges on the spot.
