Sales & Marketing Executive

Designation: -MARKETING

Scope of work :-

1. Develop and implement a marketing strategy 

2. Evaluate and review marketing through Digital Marketing, Advertising make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.

3. Finding Leads & generating enquiries.

4. Following up with enquiries realization with and updating status on enquiry register

5. Managing enquiry register and updating the same on regular basis

6. Meeting customers 

7. Track marketing performance prepare weekly or monthly reports for management

8. Monitor and report on competitor activity

9. Engage with external agencies for presentations, promotional materials and online activities

10. Develop the brand you're marketing.

11. Source advertising opportunities

12. Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement

13. Maintain and update customer databases

14. Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.

15. Finding competitors customers and existing customer competitor for marketing.

16. New development status & follow up to realization of regular orders.

17. Good teamwork, communicating, organization, engagement with other departments.

18. Knowledge of types of heat treatment.

19. To identify, deploy and monitor CSR initiatives of the firm, including empowerment of women employees.

20. Identify opportunities and executing of participation in key exhibitions.

Authority: -

1)To engage with prospective and Existing customers.

2)Alterations/Creation in the digital footprint of the firm

  KPI’s

i) Number of RFQ’s for one-time orders

ii) Number of RFQ’s for recurring orders

iii) Quantum of Scope for New Technologies

iv) Quantum of Scope for existing Technologies with Ace Carbo

Desirable qualification :-

Graduate with min 3years experience or undergraduate with 5year experience in sales or marketing.

Good communication skills in english
