Role Overview

We are hiring fresh graduates who are interested in starting their career in Sales & Marketing. This role involves handling customer enquiries, following up with potential clients, explaining services, and supporting the onboarding process. It is a structured, office-based role with clear training and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound enquiries from prospective customers

● Make follow-up calls to leads and maintain regular communication

● Clearly explain company services and resolve basic queries

● Update lead and customer information in CRM systems

● Coordinate with internal teams during client onboarding

● Maintain simple daily and weekly sales reports

● Support basic marketing follow-ups when required

Eligibility Criteria

● Graduation in any stream (Mandatory)

● Good communication skills in English

● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email usage)

● Willingness to work from the Koramangala office
