About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should be confident in sales, client handling, and closing property deals.
- 📌 Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads (Walk-ins / References / Data Calling)
- Conduct site visits with clients
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
- Build strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with CRM & legal teams for documentation
