 About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should be confident in sales, client handling, and closing property deals.

  • Generate and follow up on leads (Walk-ins / References / Data Calling)
  • Conduct site visits with clients
  • Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
  • Build strong client relationships
