Sales & Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities 

Manage and develop sales operations within the assigned territory

Achieve sales targets and growth objectives as per company plans

Identify and generate new business opportunities and customers

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions

Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, dispatch, accounts)

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Ensure order execution, timely delivery, and post-sales coordination

Handle customer complaints and technical issues with support teams

Collect payments and support credit control as per company policy

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Travel extensively within the assigned area as required
