Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of hardware products, including door fittings and furniture fittings. The role involves building strong relationships with interior designers and architects, understanding their requirements, and pitching suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach interior designers, architects, and related professionals
• Present and promote company products (door fittings, furniture fittings, hardware solutions)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct site visits, meetings, and product demonstrations when required
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Confidence in pitching and negotiation
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
• Prior experience in sales (preferably in hardware, interior, or construction-related products) is a plus
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
