Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Offline Role) Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday Off Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day sales coordination, lead handling, customer communication, and basic marketing activities. This is a full-time office-based role. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer enquiries • Explain products and services clearly to prospective clients • Follow up with leads daily and maintain conversion tracking • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding • Maintain lead and sales records using Excel or CRM sheets • Support marketing activities including promotions and campaigns • Assist with social media coordination and basic content posting • Create or support simple creatives using Canva or similar tools • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel • Ensure smooth coordination and reporting to the reporting manager Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Languages required: English (Fluent), Hindi (Working knowledge), Kannada (Mandatory) • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Basic to intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting • Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop preferred) or eagerness to learn • Presentable personality with professional etiquette • Creative thinking and multitasking ability Experience Requirement 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, or similar roles. Candidates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn will be preferred. Compensation Salary range: 20,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
