• Handle site walk-ins, leads, and customer follow-ups
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
• Coordinate with marketing and site teams
• Maintain customer records and sales reports
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Any graduate / PUC (preferred)
• Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English & local language
• Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach
