Job Description

A Sales Executive at Space Crafter Studio will support lead generation, client communication, and coordination for signage and space-vibe projects, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and collaborating with internal teams to close deals.

  • Role overviewWork closely with the senior sales team to generate and qualify leads for signage, wall graphics, LED, neon and acrylic-based experience projects for corporate, retail, hospitality and institutional clients.
  • Act as a point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring timely, clear and professional communication across calls, WhatsApp, email and in-person meetings.
  • Key responsibilitiesUnderstand and analyze client requirements, site constraints and brand guidelines to suggest tailored signage and experience solutions rather than one-size-fits-all offerings.
  • Prepare and share basic proposals, estimates and quotations in coordination with the senior sales, design and production teams, ensuring accuracy of scope, materials and timelines.[perplexity]​
  • Coordinate internal briefings with design, production and installation teams so that project requirements, deadlines and client expectations are clearly documented and understood.[perplexity]​
  • Follow up proactively with prospects and existing clients to clarify doubts, gather missing information and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.[perplexity]​
  • Maintain and update lead, opportunity and client information in the CRM/Notion or other tracking tools as per the company’s sales process.
  • Support site visits, measurements and basic documentation (photos, videos, notes) for ongoing and upcoming projects as required by senior sales or project managers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to act on inbound leads from platforms such as LinkedIn, Apna and other portals, ensuring quick response times and structured qualification.
  • Share regular reports on daily calls, meetings, proposals sent, follow-ups and closures, highlighting blockers and support needed from the leadership team.[perplexity]​
  • Communication and collaborationCommunicate clearly and confidently with clients, vendors and internal teams, adapting language and detail level to the audience while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Work as a strong team player with sales, marketing, design and operations, ensuring information flows smoothly and no client requirement is lost in handovers.[perplexity]​
  • Escalate risks, scope changes or client concerns early to senior team members, along with suggested options or alternatives.[perplexity]​
  • Participate in internal reviews and brainstorming sessions to refine pitches, presentations and sales collateral for different industry segments.[perplexity]​
  • Ideal candidate profile0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales or business development; experience in interior, signage, printing, advertising or allied creative industries is a strong plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi/Kannada, with strong listening skills and the ability to simplify technical or design information for clients.
  • Demonstrated proactivity in owning tasks end-to-end, following up without reminders and suggesting improvements in how customer requirements are captured and served.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets and communication platforms (WhatsApp, email, video meetings) to manage a structured sales workflow.
  • High ownership mindset, willingness to learn on the job, openness to field visits within the city and readiness to work in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment in Bengaluru.
