Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new wholesalers to the Agri-Grader platform, ensuring proper registration and orientation. 

- Coordinate regularly with all existing wholesalers to drive consistent and maximum sales performance. 

- Understand market trends and customer requirements; share insights and report critical gaps to management for corrective action. 

- Conduct benchmarking of all registered brands to analyze pricing trends and ensure alignment with market standards. 

- Monitor, coordinate, and follow up for overdue payments from wholesalers, maintaining updated payment records. 

- Address and resolve on-ground issues promptly to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. 

- Support the sales team with data, reports, and follow-ups to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

- Maintain relationships with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of new wholesalers onboarded monthly. 

- Achievement of sales volume and revenue targets. 

- Timely collection of payments and reduction in overdue receivables. 

- Accuracy of market and pricing reports. 

- Resolution time for on-ground operational issues.
