• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable construction solutions

• Explain project specifications, pricing, timelines, and contractual terms clearly to clients

• Coordinate with the technical, planning, and execution teams for project feasibility and proposals

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, agreements, and payment schedules

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Attend site meetings, client discussions, and negotiations when required

• Maintain proper sales documentation, reports, and CRM updates

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
