Sales & Marketing Executive

Requirements:

Promote rehabilitation services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, and insurance partners

Generate new patient referrals through field visits and networking

Conduct presentations and service orientation for doctors, patients, and caregivers

Convert inquiries into confirmed therapy enrollments

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing referral sources

Patient Coordination

Explain rehabilitation plans, therapy packages, and pricing to patients and families

Coordinate with clinical teams for treatment scheduling and patient onboarding

Ensure smooth transition from inquiry to therapy initiation

Marketing & Outreach

Participate in health camps, CMEs, corporate wellness programs, and awareness events

Support digital and offline marketing initiatives

Collect patient feedback and market intelligence

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, and conversion reports

Update CRM or internal MIS regularly

Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management

Skills Required
