Job Description

Job Summary:  

UPCOT is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive specializing in Electric Vehicle sales. The candidate should possess a strong passion for motorcycles, a proven sales background, and exceptional customer service skills. This role involves driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among clients.  


**Key Responsibilities:**  


**Sales Activities:**  

- Engage proactively with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and preferences.  

- Present and demonstrate the features and advantages of various models.  

- Guide customers through the purchase process, including financing options and warranty details, to close sales effectively.  


**Customer Relationship Management:**  

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.  

- Conduct follow-ups post-purchase to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.  

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.  


**Market and Product Knowledge:**  

- Stay informed about the latest models, market trends, and competitor offerings.  

- Provide detailed information to customers regarding bike specifications, pricing, and promotions.  


**Sales Reporting:**  

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.  

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.  


**Promotional Activities:**  

- Participate in sales events, bike shows, and other promotional activities to generate leads and boost sales.  

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.  


**Team Collaboration:**  

- Work closely with the sales team to meet collective sales targets.  

- Share market insights and customer feedback with the team to refine sales strategies.  


**Qualifications:**  

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).  

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automobile or motorcycle industry.  

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.  

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.  

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.  

- A genuine passion for motorcycles and a solid understanding of bike models and specifications.
