Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives

Job Description Dharsh Naturals is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to promote and expand our presence in the FMCG, Ayurvedic, Herbal, and Medical product segments. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground marketing, retailer engagement, brand promotion, and driving sales growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Market Expansion

• Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and medical stores
• Promote Dharsh Naturals products (e.g., herbal hair oil, wellness products)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct field visits to generate leads and close deals

Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with retailers, pharmacies, and distributors
• Provide product knowledge and training to partners
• Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction

Marketing & Promotion

• Execute on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate product sampling, demos, and awareness programs
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights

Reporting & Strategy

• Submit daily/weekly field reports
• Track sales performance and suggest improvements
• Work closely with management for marketing strategies

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Pharma / Ayurvedic / Herbal industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and work in field
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting (Excel / mobile apps)
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred

Qualification

• Any Graduate (Marketing / Business preferred)
• Experience in FMCG( Ayurveda / Herbal / Medical sales is an added advantage)
