About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Pre‑Sales Executive who will focus on follow‑up and site visits for ready leads. Leads will be provided by the company; your main job is to call, persuade, and convert these leads into site visits and bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDo whatsapp / call follow‑up for leads provided by the company.
• Explain project details, location benefits, pricing, and payment plans clearly.
• Schedule and conduct site visits (offline or guided walkthroughs) for interested customers.
• Handle objections, answer queries, and guide customers towards booking.
• Maintain daily records of calls, visits, and conversions in sheet/CRM.

Requirements

• Age 20–35 years, good communication skills in English + Kannada mandatory + any language.
• Confident to talk with customers, handle objections, and take them for site visits.
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge; willingness to travel for site visits.
