Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Maintain lead details in internal systems
• Support the client onboarding process
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
• Maintain basic follow-up records and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–2 years experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer support
• Fresh graduates may apply
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work from the Koramangala office
